Our villa offers so much more than a hotel room. Three living areas, spacious kitchen with all

Can the pool and Spa be heated for us and how much does it cost?
Yes, we recommend pool heating between October and April; you may have the pool heated and ready
for action as you arrive. The price for heating the pool is £110 per week. Please be aware that if you do not

We are not a travel agent so we cannot provide flights, but, we are happy to discuss your flight options with you
to help. There are two main airports in Orlando. Orlando International which takes the scheduled flights like
Virgin and Orlando Sanford for the charter airlines like Thomson Holidays.
Can you get tickets for us for the attractions?
It is much better to buy your tickets in advance as you can buy groups of tickets for the parks you want to visit
much more cheaply than at the gate. Be careful of buying discounted tickets at the roadside, often these are
illegal and you may find they are not valid for the parks. We can get discounted rates via our management company.

There are so many Theme parks, which are the best parks to visit?
Plan ahead is the best advice we can give to you, perhaps choose a park that is not too demanding on the first day.
You should visit as many as you can whilst in Florida, but remember you can come back and stay at our VILLA next
year or even later in the year.
Do we hire our car from the airport, can you help us with this?
At both Sanford and Orlando Airport the car hire and procedure is excellent. We normally book via
www.carhire3000.com and this will be with Dollar, Alamo or Budget etc.

What about US Immigration? (Non- US Citizens)
If you already have a US visa then all you have to do is fill in your Advance Passenger Information (API) for your
Airline. If you have any doubts about your eligibility then you should
contact the American Embassy. You must apply online for an ESTA before you travel to Florida. This can be done
at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ and this last for two years.
