Beaches


Florida is home to some of the most beautiful beaches, especially if you are prepared to travel a little further. If you are a beach lover then you certainly have plenty to choose from. The closest beaches are St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on Florida’s West Coast or Cocoa Beach on the East Coast. If you do want to travel a little further you can visit beaches such as Naples and Marco Island and of course further South, Miami and Key West are some of the most spectacular beaches and places of interest you will visit. 

Here is just a small selection of those beaches that you may wish to visit during your stay. 

Clearwater

Voted Florida’s Best Beach Town 2013 and is easily accessible from the Villa and Orlando. On the West Coast miles of sugar-white sand beaches and lots of outdoor activities, fine dining, entertainment and shopping Clearwater is very easy visiting.  

St. Petersburg

St Petersburg is located in Pinellas County and is the fourth most populous city in the State of Florida.  With beautiful white sand beaches, boating and plenty of outdoor activities as well as fascinating culture and art, something for everyone. 

Sarasota Area

Sarasota area is made up of towns ranging from tiny Islands to Cities with beautiful beaches and many historic attractions. It has several excellent beaches each offering something different to the visitor. 

Longboat Key: 

Whether it’s the beautiful beach, cruising the gulf, game of tennis or golf, Longboat Key is a nature lover’s paradise. Longboat Key is the only barrier island in the Sarasota area without direct access to the mainland.  Longboat Key is wonderfully secluded. 

Lido Key:  

Interesting and varied waterfront location, South Lido Park is a large area of public land, no other beach offers you more day or night. 

Venice:  

Quaint shops, beautiful beaches some of the most beautiful Islands in Florida 

Siesta:  

Siesta could be one of the best beaches in America, the Gateway to the Gulf of Mexico. Luxury amenities and a relaxed Vibe, you could not ask for more. 

Casey Key: 

Casey Key is nothing more than a narrow 8 mile island of beautiful beaches and wonderful seclusion. A single road, it is isolated and home to just 400 residents. No massive hotels here. 

Manasota Key: 

Some of the most exclusive homes are found at Manasota Key along with beautiful secluded beaches and the most wonderful peace. 

 

Daytona Beach

Renown for the World Famous Daytona International Speedway. Dayton Beach area is the place to visit for race fans. Long beaches, shopping, Dining and Nightlife is vibrant and interesting with the only beach in Florida where you can actually drive onto the beach! 

Naples Beach

Naples is the most wonderful place to visit and a place that should really be on your hit list! Naples beach is a 10 miles stretch of idyllic white sand from Gordon Pass to Seagate Drive. It has 35 golf courses, boat charter and some of the most exclusive shopping in Florida! Visit Fifth Avenue South, exquisite shops, galleries restaurants, coffee houses, Fine hotels and fabulous promenades in this historic setting near to the beach. Fashionable Third Street South, historic Old Naples, houses elegant shops, restaurants and galleries. Naples is a firm favorite, we love it!!   

Marco Island

Marco is the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands and is located in the Gulf of Mexico South West Florida.
